Guys who specialize in r*ping ladies at Night Vigils arrested

Some young hoodlums who allegedly specialize in r*ping women at vigils in Enugu metropolis have been arrested by officers of the Nigerian police force.

The young guys who were apprehended during a coordinated security operation recently are currently in police custody and are helping the officers with the investigation.
